Hard Enduro, Enduro MX, whatever you call it, it’s gnarly. It’s a sport designed to push you to the physical limit, testing your endurance, versatility, strength, control and co-ordination in a race lasting anything from two to seven hours. That’s why you need the skills and fitness this program can give you. With workouts that replicate the intensity you feel on the bike, push your limits and raise your threshold of what you thought possible. With our focussed and easy to follow weekly routines, even if your training time is limited you’ll be faster, fitter and stronger. And always one step ahead of the competition.

Enduro Moto is one of the hardest sports on the body. So you need to make sure the time you invest in training is time well-spent. With Fit4Racing it is. Our program focuses on what’s really important, targeting areas like improving co-ordination, building body strength and tackling the toughest terrains to make sure you’re in peak condition and fully prepared. Which means even when your time in the gym is limited, it’s purposeful time that will help you ride harder and faster. I’s your time; make it count.
