FIT4RIDING MTB Fitness Training Program
Specific training for Mountain Biking
We believe that every mountain biker can benefit from focused training to improve fitness - this translates into being stronger on the bike, enjoying more riding time with less fatigue. Fit4Riding uses the same principles as our Fit4Racing programs but we’ve condensed and optimised the workload for riders that only have limited equipment at home but still want to increase their performance. It’s also the program for riders that are limited on time, or simply just want to maintain strength and conditioning throughout the summer when the riding is prime!

Each Sunday night we send out your weekly program. With Fit4Riding you get 2 focused strength and conditioning training days per week plus an additional that you can complete within 1-1.5 hours per session.
