Here’s a typical example of the style of workout you can expect as part of the weekly programs that come in the your package. Don’t worry if you’re some of the movements are foreign or difficult, in our programming we offer options for all abilities.
What to do:
20 Alternating Kettlebell Lunge
15 Toes to Bar (Scaled to straight leg raises or knee raises depending on ability)
This won’t be easy, but it’ll be a great test.
