This is a typical bodyweight workout ideal for those on the go or can’t get to the gym every day. The movements are typical with what you can find in our programs.

What to do:

1 to 3 Rounds 

400m run

50 Air Squats

400m run

50 sit ups (with ab mat)

400m run

50 Jumping Lunges

400m run

15 Burpees
