Want to cram an all-out relentless effort into the shortest time possible?

Incentive workouts are great to throw into the mix and use for max efforts. The goal is to get the work done as fast as possible.

We use these with our pro’s to push them to their limit. In this workout we use the bike and a dynamic movement – thrusters. 

What to do:

150 Cals Bike total, but…

On every minute – you do 7 Thrusters 

30Kg for males, 20Kg for female. Ideally use a barbell with plates on, but you can sub this for 2 dumbbells at a similar weight if that’s what you have.
