We take Jack through the testing every member gets when they sign up.

We’re into the off season! That means it’s time to take some benchmarks to build on for this off season.

We take Jack through our new mobility, strength and 2 minute capacity tests to see where he’s sitting coming the of season into training time. This is the same testing that all members get when they join the program, tried and tested on the pros.

Jack had just landed back from his honeymoon the night before and was feeling pretty tired but he pushed on through (bless) and smashed it. We’re going to be making a mini series with Jack through his off season showing his training and the positive effects it’s had on his riding, so be sure to check back and follow his progress.
