Dear mountain biker, We get it. Getting FIT is hard.Really f*cking hard.

You’re probably worried time off the bike is time wasted time, you don’t want to train 10-15 hours a week. Struggling on climbs, fading on the downhill, not riding to your full potential is frustrating.

Your time is limited and precious, you want to improve, but uncertainty around training stresses you out.

And to top it off, there is no clear answer from noisy social media, everyone is an “expert” leaving you guessing…. because you can’t do it all. “Zone 2 is best” “Strength is essential” “Just ride your bike” “Conditioning is king” You’ve tried training hard, but you didn’t get the results you deserve.

“Trainers/coaches” shoehorn you into what they beleive, but lack the expertise, experience and understanding of training for MTB. Look, you don’t have to increase your VO2 Max to Tour de France levels, powerlift 5x your bodyweight or win the CrossFit Games.

But you end up doing a little bit of everything through fear of missing out. We call this type of training “randomised bullsh*t”. We’d rather ride a unicycle down Champery World Cup track than opperate this way. But it’s not about us, it’s about you.

You’re reading this right now because in some shape or form your fitness isn’t where you want it to be. Or maybe you’re flying and you want more. More time on the bike. More energy for big days. More speed and control. More FUN. More resluts.

Whatever it is for you… “It’s Your Time. Make it Count.” Choose how you’ll win below… *cue motivation*
