Personal information we collect
We use cookies to help make our products better and make your journey on our website a better experience. The site uses tracking software provided by Google Analytics to monitor its visitors to better understand how they use it. Google Analytics will save a cookie to your computer’s hard drive in order to track and monitor your engagement and usage of the website, but we do not use Google Analytics to save or collect personal information that can be used to identify you as a unique individual person. Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, payment information, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
How do we use your personal information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Where we store your information
When you contact us by email or through our website, we store your information within our email provider. We use MailChimp as our email marketing platform. By subscribing to our email newsletter or to one of our programs you acknowledge that your information will be transferred to MailChimp for processing. What we use your information for
We will use your contact information to provide you with details about your weekly training plan, or within responses to requests or questions. If you signed up to our newsletter, your email will be used to provide that newsletter.
Who has access to information about you
When we store information in our own systems, only the people who need it have access. We do not work with third party marketing companies. We will never pass your details to a third party without your express permission.
If we are required to pass on your personal details for legal reasons, we will do this to comply with the law and its requirements in that particular situation.
Your rights
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Fit4Racing is our top tier, original product. Designed with our pro's for all levels of riders. 3 full strength and conditioning training days, with a 4th day of multiple training options including on bike training.

Fit4Riding
Fit4Riding is our training for everyone, think of it as Fit4Racing 'Light'. 2 days of stripped back strength and conditioning and an optional on bike effort on day 3. All achievable with bodyweight or limited equipment.
