We’re much better at fitness training than legal stuff – but we’re also keen to offer you a service you can trust and rely on. So here are our terms and conditions.

Our prices are subject to change without notice, however we’ll always do our best to let our subscribers know well in advance of any increases that may impact them.
Prices are always in UK pounds.
What we deliver
By signing up to our programs, we supply you with tailored training packages designed for your chosen sport. You’ll be notified of each weekly program via email.
We may offer some limited run merchandise over time, and we’ll aim to send these orders out within a couple of working days; however bear in mind we’re always super busy making you guys happy and making sure our program is the best out there.
We accept all major payment options including your credit or debit card.
We understand that failed payments may happen from time to time. However, if you don’t keep up the monthly subscription payments your access to the program may become restricted.
Our programs have no minimum or maximum length. They operate on a rolling monthly payment basis, and you can cancel at any time and your access will end on your next due date – but you’ll be missing out on the best strength and conditioning programs on the planet.
If you’ve ordered one of our limited items of merchandise and want to return it unused, you’re welcome to (as long as you pay the postage).
We offer a satisfaction guarantee: if you’re not happy within the first month of being on board with us, we’ll refund your first payment.
We accept no liability for any injury incurred while you’re following any of our training programs. We care for all our athletes immensely and don’t want to see you injure yourself. We’re not forcing you to do the movements or exercises and if a movement or workout causes discomfort or pain please stop immediately and seek professional attention.
