MTB, Fitness and Laughs: F4R Vlog #1
Fit4Racing is dedicated to the improvement of bike sports, primarily through strength and conditioning. Traditionally we have produced educational content with some fun on the side.
This is very difficult for us because we have so much fun it’s hard to keep things professional and informative. So this video is our Vlog #1 – an attempt at showing the riding community a bit of “behind the scenes” with some nuggets of information that might inspire/educate. But primarily, this video was fun for us to shoot, edit and show you, we hope you have as much fun watching it as we did creating it.

Fit4Racing is our top tier, original product. Designed with our pro's for all levels of riders. 3 full strength and conditioning training days, with a 4th day of multiple training options including on bike training.£45 per month
Fit4Riding is our training for everyone, think of it as Fit4Racing 'Light'. 2 days of stripped back strength and conditioning and an optional on bike effort on day 3. All achievable with bodyweight or limited equipment.£25 per month
