What’s more awful than sprints? Death sprints… and that’s exactly what we have for you in this weeks workout of the week.

This is actually a fun one…ish. If you have a willing friend or enemy grab 2 assault bikes and a foam roller. Place them close together and the roller in the middle. Sprint and try to push the roller into each others assault bike. you can make up your own rules to break – like Jonny – or just have some fun with it.
